Little Things It is a local British daily necessities brand, focusing on various household products and electrical accessories. The brand belongs to a family business whose business slogan is Very 'Little Thing' Helps .
They were using a paper card with Euro hanging hole assembled with bag and self-adhesive bag with Euro hanging hole as below pics
The current packaging method relies too much on manual labor. The customer hopes to use roll-to-bag method with printing to replace it. Make the packaging process more automated. At the same time, the customer hopes to keep the original pattern design, which is their logo.
So I asked our pantner Sean from RS packing (our bags manufacture partner) Join us help to design a bag for Little thing

Mr Efy and his son came to our workshop for check the machine and samples of roll bag . We asked Sean autobag roll engineering together .
Mr Efy told me and Sean he found that the samples bag after bagging when he grab the package the bag surface easy to get rippling and scratches. The machine is satisfy for him. Quick change the print content ,they don,t need to stock so many kind of bags and quickly swith to pack many products . He decide to buy this machine immediately.
We tallked Sean if we can improve the issue haaped on bags . Sean re-adjustment the ratio of plastic film. After one week we provide new samples to Mr Efy and make him satisfied.
I am very impressive of Mr Efy He has a very serious attitude and a thorough understanding of his packaging techniques and procedures.
