Can an engineer be arranged to install the machine? What should I do if there are problems during the installation process?
For the equipment we sell overseas, we will not arrange engineers to install it locally in most cases, because our machines have been designed with overseas customers in mind, including most domestic customers. Therefore, most models are packaged as a whole. You can start the machine by connecting to power and compressed air.
Some models only need simple connections (connecting bolts or plugs). We have made 2-3 aviation plugs for all signal line connections, which are plug-and-play. The power plug of the whole machine is also equipped according to the customer's local standards.
We provide instructional videos and online guidance as real-time as possible (including taking some videos of adjustment methods or online one-on-one guidance based on customer feedback). The difficulty of installation is comparable to or even lower than buying an assembled furniture.
Of course, if the customer purchases more machines, more than 5 or 10. And the customer feels it is necessary, then we can arrange an engineer to go to the site to cooperate and guide the installation (an additional fee of $200 per person per day is required, including the round-trip time, and the customer needs to bear the visa, air tickets and daily food and accommodation on site) or the customer sends an operator or maintenance engineer to our factory for 2-3 days of training. The cost of sending people for 1-2 machines is also relatively high, which is really unnecessary.
How do you support us ? During Installation
Generally, after the machine arrives at the site, we will directly contact the person who directly operates the machine or the engineer responsible for machine testing and maintenance, and establish a chat group. Customers can feedback the actual situation to us in the form of pictures and videos. After we understand the specific situation, we will give targeted guidance and suggestions. Or give a specific parameter value range and solution. According to the customer's feedback again, we will confirm and adjust until the customer's requirements are met.
