2.How to determine whether the damage caused by operation is covered by warranty?
As long as there is no serious collision, or it is caused by fire, power short circuit, etc. at the customer's site, we will consider it as a warranty. Including all mechanical parts and motors, touch screen PLC, printers and other electrical accessories. Of course this does not include consumable parts such as heating wires and sealing silicone.

3.What should I do if the machine has problems after the warranty period ends?
We provide free online support for life. If it is just a general machine adjustment or common failure, we still provide free guidance. If you need to purchase replacement parts, we need to charge the parts cost + 30% management service cost. You can also consider purchasing locally, and we can help you confirm and guide the replacement.

4. What are the common faults? What if a part is damaged and needs to be replaced? Can you provide a timely and economical solution?
